　　科技日报讯 （记者代小佩）近日，中国科协、教育部、科技部、国务院国资委、中国科学院、中国工程院、国防科工局联合印发《关于开展“科学家精神教育基地”建设与服务管理工作的通知》。

　　通知要求，各级要动员本地区、本领域、本系统符合要求的机构和单位积极参与“科学家精神教育基地”申报工作，并深入挖掘宣传本地区、本领域、本系统有关单位开展科学家精神弘扬工作的特色做法、典型经验和先进事迹。通知指出，各地方、各学会、各单位要组织本地区、本领域、本系统的申报工作。

　　通知指出，在评审命名方面，4月底组织专家评审；5月上旬向社会公示；5月下旬颁发证书和授牌。入选的“科学家精神教育基地”要开展弘扬科学家精神特色学习教育活动，讲好科学家故事，弘扬科学家精神。

　　为推动工作顺利开展，通知提出要加强组织领导，做好宣传和服务，中国科协将设立专项活动工作经费资助“科学家精神教育基地”开展特色展览和活动。

　　据悉，通知旨在从国家层面推动“科学家精神教育基地”命名工作规范化，充分发掘和利用科学家精神教育资源，鼓励社会力量积极参与科学家精神弘扬工作，大力弘扬科学家精神，在全社会形成尊重知识、崇尚创新、尊重人才、热爱科学、献身科学的浓厚氛围。
