　　海军工程大学某研究所所长肖飞荣立一等功

　　新华社北京7月19日电 中央军委主席习近平日前签署通令，给3名个人记功。

　　给海军工程大学某研究所所长、教授肖飞记一等功。

　　给原第二军医大学基础部热带医学教研室主任、教授潘卫庆，火箭军原装备研究院总工程师兼研究员肖龙旭记三等功。

　　荣立一等功的海军工程大学某研究所所长肖飞，专注于电力电子与电气传动领域基础理论研究、关键技术攻关和重大装备研制，取得了一批具有完全自主知识产权的原创性成果，多项技术达到国际领先水平，为国防装备建设、部队战斗力提升作出了贡献。

　　据中国青年报报道，2002年，25岁的肖飞在海军工程大学读完硕士后留校，加入了马伟明院士领军的舰船综合电力技术国防科技重点实验室。

　　几年后，他便成为项目组的核心骨干，其研制成功的多型潜艇急需的供发电系统，解决了我国独立供电系统的瓶颈难题，研制成功的多型新型发供电机系统，大幅提升了我国舰船性能和战略威慑力。

　　在马伟明院士的带领下，团队在国际上首先提出并研制成功了舰船中压直流综合电力系统，肖飞负责组织系统中电力电子电能变换领域技术攻关，解决了从基础理论研究到装备和产品研制等一系列重大难题。

　　同行认为，该系统的研制成功，将全面实现我国舰船动力从传统机械方式向综合电力方式的革命，实现我国舰船动力从技术落后到反超领先国外一代的重大跨越。

　　“有自主创新的胆量，有另辟蹊径的思路、有向新兴领域进军的勇气。”这是马伟明院士对这位爱将的激励。

　　肖飞先后主持和参与了国家973、国家自然科学基金、国防重大装备研制等10余项重大科研项目，多项成果达到或超过欧、美、俄等国家和地区的同等水平，使我国在多个新兴领域、学术前沿一举实现赶超。

　　肖飞团队在国内首次研制成功了2兆瓦级直驱式风力发电用电力电子变流器系统，打破了该领域被国外产品垄断的局面。这迫使国外公司同类产品的价格从每套230万元下降到60万元，每年为国家节约采购经费约10亿元人民币。
