　　信息科技、人工智能、物联网、云计算等新兴科技集成的智能装备正向海洋空间拓荒，以信息化、智能化为特征的海洋无人生态体系逐渐浮出海平面。7月11日，为期33天的第五届上海临港海洋节闭幕，当天第三届上海海洋智能装备高峰论坛举行。

　　“在信息技术人眼里，海洋就是无穷无尽的数据，”论坛上，中国电子科技集团有限公司首席专家王冬海在海洋信息装备设施的基础上提出，由卫星互联网、无人机群、智慧岛礁、海上云计算网络空间、无人艇群等横跨海陆空的海洋群智社区，构建起包括海域、海岛、港口的公共安全、应急救援及海洋养殖的生态系统。

　　海洋信息装备集海洋信息感知、传送、处理、存储、应用、管控、服务、保障等装备是信息安全的基石，且对产业辐射能力强。与此同时，我国海洋信息领域仍然面临信息获取难、信息传输难、数据有限且分散、应用水平低等瓶颈。

　　面对多源多类、多维度、海量的海洋数据，上海彩虹鱼海洋科技股份有限公司总经理刘志国表示，物联网是解决海洋数据采集和管理的绝佳手段。“海洋物联网利用互联网技术，将海上各种传感设备互通互联，将海上信息整合，实现对海上复杂数据的监测和系统化管理”刘志国进一步指出，海洋综合感知网和信息通讯网即是海洋物联网也是智慧海洋的核心基础。
