　　世界卫生组织执行委员会第146届会议3日在日内瓦世卫组织总部召开。世卫组织总干事谭德塞在会上全面介绍了世卫组织与中方密切沟通配合、大力支持中国政府和人民抗疫努力的情况。 

　　他表示，中方的策略不仅有力，而且有效，就是紧紧抓住疫情中心地区发力。在中国之外，目前仅有23个国家发现一共146例确诊病例，这个数字相比其他疫情可以说是微乎其微，人们完全没有理由恐慌。 

　　谭德塞说，各国应基于事实，科学理性统筹兼顾；防范是必要的，但无需过度反应。世卫组织不建议各国采取任何旅行或贸易限制措施，呼吁各国应基于证据采取令人信服的措施。各国应同时加大对卫生体系脆弱国家的支持力度，加强病例诊疗和疫苗研发，澄清不实言论，完善防范手段，增加资源投入，继续与世卫组织分享信息、知识和专长，团结协作战胜疫情。 

　　在执委会上，多个国家对中国疫情防控工作及为全球公共卫生事业所作贡献给予高度评价。坦桑尼亚参会官员代表非洲区国家对中国政府和人民表达慰问，感谢中国政府采取有力措施努力控制疫情，强调正是由于中方付出了巨大努力和牺牲，非洲才尚未出现确诊病例，下一步非洲国家将继续加强防范，希望世卫组织和中国提供支持。 

　　德国参会官员赞赏中国政府行动迅速，公开透明，及时分享信息，与世卫组织保持密切合作。瑞士代表表示中国的防控和诊疗措施堪称典范，愿意和中国人民一道打赢这场疫情阻击战。 

　　英国、澳大利亚、日本、巴西、新加坡、以色列、智利、斯里兰卡、荷兰、西班牙、缅甸、埃及、挪威、印度尼西亚、加拿大、丹麦、泰国、瑞典、黑山、孟加拉国等均对中国政府采取的措施表示高度赞赏，呼吁国际社会加强合作，携手战胜疫情。
