　　本报讯（沈阳日报、沈报全媒体记者尚志文）3月26日，国务院新闻办公室举行新闻发布会，外交部、科技部、国家卫生健康委等相关负责人介绍中国关于抗击疫情的国际合作情况。发布会上披露，由沈阳同联集团有限公司与中国医学科学院医药生物技术研究所共同研发的原研药可利霉素对新冠肺炎治疗有效。

　　目前公开的相关临床试验信息显示，可利霉素可及时、有效清除人体内的新冠病毒，显著改善临床症状与肺部炎症，对比其他药物安全性极高。特别是对重症和危重症患者、病毒复阳以及经治抗病毒治疗失败患者，有明显效果，无明显不良反应。

　　可利霉素是世界上第一个利用合成生物学技术研发、具有中国自主知识产权的1类新药，由沈阳同联集团有限公司与中国医学科学院医药生物技术研究所共同研发，2019年6月经国家药品监督管理局正式批准上市。目前已获得国家16项发明专利，其中3项专利申请了PCT，获得了41项授权，是国家“863”重大科技项目、科技部“国家重大新药创制”专项支持的国研药物，2019年被评为中国医药生物技术十大进展之一。
