  　据新华社合肥4月16日电 “E=hv”，这是爱因斯坦提出的光量子假说公式。在安徽省合肥市西郊，形如“E=hv”、总投资约70亿元的中科院量子信息与量子科技创新研究院工地，施工团队已全面复工并“加速度建设”。他们正想方设法消除新冠肺炎疫情对工期的延误，目标于今年底如期建成交付使用。

　　量子理论是现代物理学的两大支柱之一，为人类带来了激光、半导体、核磁共振等重大科技应用。中国迅速崛起为世界量子科研的重地，近年来先后成功发射全球首颗量子科学实验卫星“墨子号”，建成世界首条量子保密通信干线“京沪干线”，构建出“天地一体化”的广域量子通信网络雏形。

　　由安徽省与中科院合作成立的中科院量子信息与量子科技创新研究院，作为合肥综合性国家科学中心的“一号工程”，将承载我国首个“天地一体化”的量子实验室。项目总投资约70亿元，从2018年6月开始一期工程主体结构施工，计划2020年年底交付使用。

　　据了解，疫情给项目施工造成约40天的工期延误。目前，人员已全部到岗，项目全面开工。为“追回工期”，施工人数从原定的1400人增加到1600人，在做好疫情防控的基础上“加速度建设”。项目总建筑面积64万平方米，东西长度723米，最高高度29.4米。
