　　记者21日从中信泰富特钢集团兴澄特钢获悉，该公司系泊链钢专家殷匠带领的科研团队，经过3年的不懈努力，攻克了从基础材料到工艺技术到产品应用等多方面难题，率先开发出世界最高级别的R6级系泊链钢,可满足我国新型中深水海洋钻井平台安全、绿色作业的需求，为“国之重器”提供重要保障。

　　“近年来，中信特钢依托科技创新，针对行业‘卡脖子’难题和关键品种进行重点攻关。”中信泰富特钢集团董事长俞亚鹏说。

　　记者了解到，R6级海洋系泊链属于极限性能系泊链，目前仅有DNVGL船级社于2018年7月首次公布的R6级系泊链标准。该标准不仅要求R6级链连续整体热处理后具有高强度和高韧性，而且需要提供在外加电位（阴极保护）条件下的抗氢脆能力。也就是说，既要有优良的耐海水腐蚀和应力腐蚀性能，也需要突破国内外一致认定的海水中析氢脆化的禁区。因此，R6级极限海洋链钢的开发成为了国内钢厂乃至终端用户的共同目标，也是推动国家海洋能源进一步发展的关键一环。

　　中信泰富特钢集团总裁钱刚介绍，R6级系泊链钢的研发成功，是我国在海洋系泊链钢领域实现的一个跨越式发展，这是通过强强联合，开展国际化技术合作所取得的一项重大创新成果。4月19日，顺利通过了DNVGL船级社的认证，兴澄特钢成为世界首家获得R6级系泊链钢认证证书的企业，也是首家具备批量生产能力的企业。
